🔐 FiveM Asset Escrow
All of our resources are officially distributed through Tebex and fully integrated with the Cfx.re platform.
To ensure security and protect our work, we use the FiveM Asset Escrow system.
The Escrow system, developed in partnership with Tebex, secures your purchase by guaranteeing ownership.
This means the resource will only function on the server linked to your Keymaster account and cannot be used elsewhere.
💳 How Do I Purchase?
We offer standalone packages and subscription plans depending on your needs.
All payments are processed securely through Tebex, the official monetization partner of FiveM.
After completing your purchase:
Log in to your Cfx.re Keymaster
Go to Granted Assets
Download your purchased resource instantly
⚠ Important:
You must be the owner of the Keymaster account linked to your server.
If needed, you may transfer the license to another Cfx.re account.
Note:
License transfers permanently remove the license from the original account.
This action is irreversible and can only be performed once per license.
📅 When Do We Add New Content?
We typically release new content on a monthly basis.
Community feedback and suggestions play a big role in what we develop next.
🎨 Can I Edit the Textures?
Yes, texture files (.ytd) are unlocked and can be modified to your preference.
However, model files (.ydd) remain locked and protected under escrow.

🔄 How Does Subscription Renewal Work?
Subscriptions renew automatically every 30 days based on your purchase date.
If your subscription is not renewed:
The license will be removed from your Keymaster
Access to the resource will be revoked
❌ Can I Cancel Anytime?
Yes. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Once canceled:
The license will be removed from your Keymaster
Access will be revoked until you resubscribe
📥 How to Install Your Package
After purchasing:
Visit the Cfx.re Keymaster
Navigate to Granted Assets
Download the resource
Place it inside your server’s resource folder
Add the following line to your
server.cfg:
Restart your server to apply changes.
🔄 How to Update the Resource
If an update is available:
Check your Keymaster
Download the latest version
Replace the old files in your resource folder
🧩 Do You Accept Custom Orders?
Yes. Custom requests are available.

👕 Can I Add Clothes to a Purchased PED?
Yes, it is possible — but you must first purchase an open-source PED version.
If you plan to modify the PED by adding clothing or making structural changes, we strongly recommend contacting us via Discord before purchasing to ensure compatibility.
